Manju is a highly skilled and experienced computer science postgraduate with over 30 years of hands-on expertise in various data analytics tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Macros, and Alteryx. With a strong background in IT (Information and Technology), Manju has successfully trained more than 6000 participants, including working professionals like corporate managers, chartered accountants, IAS officers, government organization officers, aspirant chartered accountants, MBA students, and computer science students.

Throughout her career, Manju has been involved in a wide range of projects, including development, maintenance, enhancement, production support, and data management, across diverse industries such as banking, manufacturing, quality control and assurance, and the election commission.
